A dental implant is an artificial root made of titanium or zirconia that is inserted into the maxillary or mandibular bone to replace the root of a missing tooth. A crown is then placed on top of it, which exactly mimics the appearance and function of a natural tooth. Implant-Supported Bridge

When several adjacent teeth are missing, we place two implants to support a fixed bridge consisting of three or more crowns. There is no need to prepare the adjacent teeth or to place an implant for each missing tooth.

All-on-4 / All-on-6

It allows for the restoration of the entire dental arch—upper, lower, or both—using just four or six implants as a foundation. The most comprehensive solution for patients who have lost all or almost all of their teeth.

I am Dr. Fernando Hernández, a specialist in Oral Surgery and Implantology and co-director of the Hernández & Espuelas Dental Clinic in Ibi. I earned my degree in Dentistry from UCH-CEU and completed the Official Master’s Degree in Oral Surgery and Implantology at the University of Murcia. Since 2016, I have also served as an adjunct professor for that same master’s program, which requires me to stay constantly up to date on surgical techniques, materials, and protocols in advanced implantology.
