New Teeth in 1 Day
Immediate-load implants: what they are and how we place them
Get your teeth back the same day as your surgery. With immediate-load implants, you’ll leave the clinic with a fixed prosthesis—no months-long wait and no need to wear removable dentures while you heal. Everything is planned down to the last detail using 3D CT scans and guided surgery.

You don’t have to decide. During your initial evaluation, Dr. Hernández will review your CT scan and honestly tell you which technique is best for your case.

Digital Planning with 3D CT Scans
We perform a dental CT scan to examine your bone in three dimensions and use computer-aided design to determine the exact position of each implant and your temporary prosthesis before surgery.
Guided Surgery and Implant Placement
On the day of the procedure, if necessary, we remove the damaged tooth and place the titanium implant using guided surgery, following the digital plan down to the millimeter. It is a precise and minimally invasive procedure.
Your temporary teeth, on the same day
That same day, or within 24 hours, we’ll screw a temporary fixed prosthesis onto the implants. You’ll go home with functional teeth and your full smile.
Osseointegration: the bone fusing with the implant
Over the next 3 to 6 months, the implant will naturally fuse with the bone. During this phase, you’ll need to eat a soft diet to avoid putting pressure on it and allow it to integrate safely.
Placement of the Permanent Prosthesis
Once the implant has integrated, we replace the temporary prosthesis with the permanent one, which is custom-made to look and function just like your natural teeth. A job well done lasts a lifetime.
